Everything in one place — or as a supplement to your existing systems.

HereTask brings together documentation, task management, communication and medication management in one secure platform. Use it as your primary system, or as a supplement to existing government or private solutions.

Integrated modules and professional frameworks.

The platform brings together Notes, Task Management, Incident Reporting, Notifications and Workflow, Chat, Medication Management and File Storage. HealthBoards and SocialBoards provide an overview of health and daily life. Documentation is supported by professional frameworks including The 12 Nursing Problem Areas, VUM 2.0, FSIII 2.0, ICS, Forandringskompasset and SMART.

Flexible organisation and administration.

Adapt the platform to your organisational structure with sections, teams, departments and locations. Role-based access ensures that staff only have access to what they need. Create and manage users with just a few clicks — advanced access control and bulk administration makes it simple, even for large organisations.

Supplements your existing systems.

HereTask is designed to work alongside government or private systems — not replace them. The platform functions as a flexible supplement, giving external carers, temporary staff, patients and relatives access to documentation and task management, without requiring direct access to your closed core systems. With our REST API, you can automate user management and integrate selected HereTask features with your existing systems.

HealthBoards

Health overview in minutes

Get a structured overview of the patient's health, treatment history and risk factors — in compliance with patient safety requirements.

diagnosis
Two-minute overview

Within minutes, any staff member can get a complete overview of the patient's health status — whether they know the patient well or not.

  • check Resuscitation status and instructions
  • check Health conditions and allergies
  • check Active treatment agreements
  • check Contacts
  • check Patient-specific instructions
problem
Current problems and risks

When staff write notes, they are guided to link them to The 12 Nursing Problem Areas — ensuring documentation is always structured and consistent.

  • check Record current health problems
  • check Identify potential health risks
  • check Consistent documentation across the board
  • check Meet legal requirements for record-keeping
chart_data
Health pathways

Create pathways such as "Pneumonia" and relate notes, tasks, documents and medication to the pathway. A patient can have many concurrent pathways, each running over a defined period.

  • check Search and filter across the pathway
  • check Notes, tasks and measurements combined
  • check Automatic updates when editing
  • check Medication and treatment history

An everyday example: A temporary staff member meets a patient for the first time. The Two-minute overview shows the patient's health conditions, treatment agreements and specific care needs. The staff member reviews current problems and risks and documents the day's observations. The health pathway brings together notes, tasks and measurements, giving the next shift a shared basis for follow-up.

SocialBoards

A shared view of daily life and social care

SocialBoard® provides a shared overview of the citizen's routines, habits and support needs. Together with social measurements and social care pathways, it helps staff document daily life and follow progress.

Routines

Describe the citizen's daily rhythm, from morning and afternoon to evening and night. Keep regular routines, personal habits and support needs together, so both permanent and temporary staff can prepare for their work.

  • Routines and support needs throughout the day and night
  • Space for personal habits and preferences
  • Shared knowledge across shifts

Social measurements

Track wellbeing, satisfaction and goal attainment over time to support conversations and professional follow-up. HereTask supports many measurement types, and new ones can easily be added to suit your needs.

  • One-off and scheduled, recurring measurements
  • From simple yes/no answers to detailed rating scales
  • Goal attainment with Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS)

Social care pathways

Bring together documentation for a social care intervention, such as support for independent living or participation in community activities. Like health pathways, social care pathways connect the records and tasks that belong to each intervention.

  • Notes, tasks and measurements linked to the intervention
  • An overview of the citizen's social care pathways
  • A shared basis for follow-up and handover

An everyday example: A citizen needs support to get the day off to a good start. Routines describe the morning's activities, notes capture observations, and social measurements track progress. The social care pathway brings the documentation together, so the next shift can build on the same knowledge.

Shared professional frameworks — and your own

HereTask offers shared frameworks across the platform for health and social care. Your organisation can also create and use complete frameworks of its own, tailored to the people you support and the way you work.

Create your own professional frameworks

Build complete frameworks with your own structure, terminology and professional content. Use them as a shared basis for documentation and follow-up — on their own or alongside the platform's shared frameworks. This gives you room for your own methods and specialist services.

Shared frameworks on the platform:

The platform includes the frameworks below, several of which are used in Danish health and social care. Private providers can use them to structure reports to the commissioning municipality or region. The choice of framework and documentation follows the agreement for the service.

The 12 Nursing Problem Areas

Structure documentation of the citizen's health, current problems and risks. Use the problem areas as a shared framework across HealthBoards, notes, templates and documents.

A shared basis for healthcare documentation and follow-up, including collaboration between private providers, municipalities and regions in Denmark.

VUM 2.0

VUM 2.0, the Danish adult assessment method, provides structure for work with adults with disabilities, mental health difficulties or social challenges. Document strengths, needs and goals, and follow up on social care interventions.

Often used by Danish municipal authorities in collaboration with municipal, regional and private social care providers.

FSIII 2.0

Fælles Sprog III (Common Language III) is the shared Danish municipal standard for documentation in health and elderly care. Work with common terminology for conditions and interventions in care, nursing and rehabilitation.

Often used in Danish municipal health and elderly care, and relevant to private providers reporting back to municipalities.

ICS

Integrated Children's System provides a holistic basis for work with children, young people and families. Structure documentation around the child's development, parenting capacity, and family and wider networks.

Often used by Danish municipal children's and family services, and relevant to private providers' progress reports to municipalities.

SMART

Set goals that are specific, measurable, agreed, realistic and time-bound. Make it clear to the citizen and staff what the intervention should achieve and when to review progress.

Often used by municipalities and regions to set goals and milestones, and as a basis for private providers' follow-up.

Forandringskompasset

Structure assessments of the citizen's situation and progress across relevant areas of life. Use the framework to discuss changes and identify where support is needed.

Developed by the City of Copenhagen and relevant where the framework forms part of the agreed reporting to the municipality.

A library of templates

Get started quickly with the platform's shared note and task templates, and add your own. Save setup time and give staff a consistent starting point.

Hundreds of task templates

The library includes hundreds of task templates for health and social care — from daily routines to specialist tasks. Many include subtasks and descriptions that make it clear what needs to be done and recorded.

Structured note templates

Use shared note templates for observations and professional documentation, based on frameworks such as The 12 Nursing Problem Areas or respiratory centres' documentation requirements. Consistent prompts help staff include the relevant information.

Your own templates and triggers

Create note and task templates tailored to your workflows. Add triggers that can automatically create alerts and send messages to the right people when information is recorded — according to your configuration.

Everything else — in one platform

In addition to documentation, task management and communication, HereTask includes a range of features that support everyday work in welfare and care.
